Se observan equipos de rescate trabajando entre los escombros, una gr\u00faa en operaci\u00f3n y da\u00f1os estructurales significativos en el edificio afectado por el desplome del techo durante un concierto.<\/p>\n<p>Un tribunal dominicano determin\u00f3 la madrugada del jueves que los hermanos propietarios de la discoteca que colaps\u00f3 hace dos meses \u2014y dej\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 230 muertos\u2014 enfrentar\u00e1n en libertad su juicio por\u00a0<strong>homicidio involuntario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda solicitaba prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Antonio Espaillat, due\u00f1o y gerente del club Jet Set, y arresto domiciliario para su hermana Maribel, administradora del lugar. Ambos fueron detenidos el jueves pasado.<\/p>\n<p>La jueza F\u00e1tima Veloz orden\u00f3 que paguen una fianza de 50 millones de pesos \u2014casi 842 mil 500 d\u00f3lares\u2014, no podr\u00e1n salir del pa\u00eds y deber\u00e1n presentarse peri\u00f3dicamente ante un tribunal, explic\u00f3 el abogado defensor Miguel Valerio al salir de la audiencia en la madrugada.<\/p>\n<h2>Colapso durante concierto de Rubby P\u00e9rez<\/h2>\n<p>El techo del Jet Set colaps\u00f3 durante el concierto del popular cantante de merengue Rubby P\u00e9rez, quien falleci\u00f3 junto a otras\u00a0<strong>235 personas<\/strong>\u00a0en el incidente.
