Descanse en paz\u201d, escribi\u00f3 en su cuenta de X.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La muerte de Sapene ocurre poco despu\u00e9s del fallecimiento de su esposa, Josefina \u201cFina\u201d Sapene, el 27 de mayo<\/strong>, y tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del deceso de su hija Michelle, que muri\u00f3 como consecuencia de una enfermedad cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>F<strong>iguras destacadas del periodismo venezolano expresaron sus condolencias y recordaron el profesionalismo de Eduardo Sapene<\/strong>, a quien describieron como l\u00edder \u00edntegro, un formador de generaciones y un hombre de calidad humana y valent\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eduardo Sapene era reconocido por su amplia trayectoria en Radio Caracas Televisi\u00f3n (RCTV)<\/strong>, donde fue vicepresidente de Informaci\u00f3n y Opini\u00f3n y una figura clave en la direcci\u00f3n de programas noticiosos como\u00a0<em>El Observador<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante m\u00e1s de cuatro d\u00e9cadas,<strong>\u00a0Sapene fue un referente del periodismo venezolano, destac\u00f3 por su compromiso con la verdad, la \u00e9tica y la defensa de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente en el contexto del cierre de RCTV en 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Graduado en la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello,<strong>\u00a0Sapene fue tambi\u00e9n productor, director, redactor de radio y televisi\u00f3n<\/strong>.
