La primera ronda de licitaci\u00f3n el a\u00f1o pasado no logr\u00f3 satisfacer las expectativas de muchas empresas que esperaban obtener beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la agencia de noticias\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/us-judge-extends-citgo-auctions-schedule-moves-final-hearing-august-2025-06-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reuters<\/a>, a principios de este a\u00f1o el tribunal aprob\u00f3 una oferta inicial de 3.700 millones de d\u00f3lares presentada por Red Tree Investments, filial de Contrarian Funds, que incluye un acuerdo para pagar a los tenedores de un bono venezolano que actualmente est\u00e1 en impago.<\/p>\n<p>Red Tree y sus competidores tienen hasta el 18 de junio para presentar ofertas mejoradas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9\">\n<div class=\"iframe-container\"><iframe class=\"embed-responsive-item\" title=\"An\u00e1lisis de la posible subasta de Citgo || Entre L\u00edneas\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LiHJrrsABcM?feature=oembed\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Un funcionario del tribunal que supervis\u00f3 la subasta el mes anterior coment\u00f3 que se anticipa la llegada de nuevos postores. El nuevo calendario, establecido tras una solicitud de los abogados que representan a Venezuela con el fin de contar con m\u00e1s tiempo para efectuar la debida diligencia y asegurar ofertas s\u00f3lidas, fija el 2 de julio como fecha l\u00edmite para que un juez recomiende al ganador, permitiendo objeciones hasta el 9 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>El juez Leonard Stark busca evitar demoras prolongadas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elnacional.com\/economia\/la-subasta-de-citgo-se-acerca-a-su-etapa-decisiva\/\">en esta fase final del proceso de venta<\/a>\u00a0y solo modifica los plazos a solicitud de los postores.
