As\u00ed lo ha revelado la\u00a0<strong>C\u00e1mara Venezolana de Distribuidores de Repuestos, Equipos Pesados y Agr\u00edcolas (Cavedrepa)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan\u00a0<strong>Banca y Negocio<\/strong>, Erich Hartkopf, presidente de\u00a0<strong>Cavedrepa<\/strong>, alert\u00f3 que Venezuela solo est\u00e1 recibiendo el\u00a0<strong>20%<\/strong>\u00a0de los<strong>\u00a0tractores<\/strong>\u00a0y otras herramientas esenciales que requiere el campo. Aunque algunos productores han logrado importar tractores desde\u00a0<strong>Brasil e India<\/strong>, estas adquisiciones, si bien contribuyen a renovar una maquinaria con m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>25 a\u00f1os<\/strong>\u00a0de obsolescencia, est\u00e1n lejos de cubrir el enorme d\u00e9ficit existente.<\/p>\n<p>En la nota difundida, Hartkopf se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una de las principales razones detr\u00e1s de esta carencia es la limitada capacidad de la banca nacional para ofrecer\u00a0<strong>financiamiento<\/strong>. Los tractores de \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda pueden oscilar entre los\u00a0<strong>$60.000 y $200.000<\/strong>, montos inaccesibles para muchos productores sin el apoyo crediticio adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, el gremialista destac\u00f3 en la misiva que las sanciones internacionales complican a\u00fan m\u00e1s la situaci\u00f3n, ya que los pa\u00edses proveedores exigen el pago anticipado de la mercanc\u00eda. A pesar de este desaf\u00edo, proveedores nacionales han conseguido establecer acuerdos con algunos pa\u00edses para obtener plazos de hasta\u00a0<strong>sesenta d\u00edas<\/strong>\u00a0para el pago promedio de 18 a\u00f1os de obsolescencia, debido a la falta de nuevas importaciones significativas desde 2005-2007.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-anno-skip google-anno-sc\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\" aria-label=\"Venezuela gastronom\u00eda\" data-google-vignette=\"false\" data-google-interstitial=\"false\">Venezuela gastronom\u00eda<\/div>\n<p>El parque de maquinaria en el\u00a0<strong>campo venezolano<\/strong>\u00a0depende de un flujo constante de repuestos para mantenerse operativo, pero los productores enfrentan grandes dificultades para acceder a cr\u00e9ditos bancarios que les permitan renovar sus equipos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMuchos de nuestros afiliados solicitan financiamiento a la banca, pero apenas se les aprueba un 30% de lo que realmente necesitan\u201d, denunci\u00f3 Hartkopf.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la falta de cr\u00e9dito bancario, los distribuidores han asumido parte del financiamiento, lo que los obliga a operar bajo condiciones econ\u00f3micas adversas.<\/p>\n<div
