denunci\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en Miami (Florida) que el Ministerio P\u00fablico de Venezuela intenta hacer creer a la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) que investiga violaciones de los derechos humanos mediante diligencias \u00abirrelevantes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En una carta dirigida hoy al fiscal ante la CPI Karim Khan, a la que tuvo acceso EFE, Ledezma relata lo que le ocurri\u00f3 recientemente en Madrid, donde tiene su residencia, aunque actualmente se encuentra en Miami.<\/p>\n<p>El exalcalde fue citado por el Ministerio de Justicia de Espa\u00f1a a una diligencia de investigaci\u00f3n basada en una solicitud de asistencia mutua en materia penal proveniente de la Fiscal\u00eda Trig\u00e9sima Novena (39na.) del Ministerio P\u00fablico venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n que le suministraron al dirigente opositor, la fiscal\u00eda 39 est\u00e1 \u00abconociendo casos de la Corte Penal Internacional, entre ellos el suyo por el delito de \u00abprivaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de la libertad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que se pretend\u00eda, dice Ledezma en la carta, es que concertara una cita para una entrevista por v\u00eda telem\u00e1tica e hiciera un \u00abretrato hablado\u00bb de los funcionarios policiales que lo detuvieron, algo a lo que se neg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abQuiero expresar mi m\u00e1s rotundo rechazo a esa solicitud, pues procura seguir victimiz\u00e1ndome al intentar simular una investigaci\u00f3n sobre hechos que jam\u00e1s han sido indagados seriamente y que, por el contrario, han sido encubiertos por toda la estructura judicial del Estado\u00bb de Venezuela, dice Ledezma al fiscal Khan.<\/p>\n<p>A juicio del opositor exiliado, se trata de \u00abuna ins\u00f3lita petici\u00f3n de asistencia\u00bb, dado -dice- que su \u00abdetenci\u00f3n arbitraria est\u00e1 perfectamente documentada en un simulado expediente judicial, adem\u00e1s de videos, fotograf\u00edas, entre otras fuentes de prueba\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos funcionarios que actuaron en esta ilegal detenci\u00f3n suscribieron un acta policial de tal diligencia, en la que consta su identificaci\u00f3n plena y
