Surgir\u00e1n problemas por la falta de capital, de personal y un gran etc\u00e9tera. Ah\u00ed vamos a tener muchos problemas porque a PDVSA le va a costar mantener la producci\u00f3n petrolera. Muy posiblemente vamos a ver un retroceso\u00bb, dijo Oliveros en entrevista con Fedec\u00e1maras radio.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, la salida de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de los Estados Unidos implica la venta del petr\u00f3leo venezolano en condiciones menos favorables. Esto implicar\u00eda el descenso en los ingresos que percibe el Estado venezolano por concepto del mercado energ\u00e9tico mundial. La disminuci\u00f3n del ingreso en divisas terminar\u00eda lastrando el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del resto de los sectores productivos, explic\u00f3 Oliveros.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, durante la entrevista que Oliveros sostuvo con Fedec\u00e1maras Radio, tambi\u00e9n habl\u00f3 de la posibilidad de prolongar las licencias que permiten operar a Chevron por un plazo de 60 d\u00edas m\u00e1s. En su opini\u00f3n, este plazo es insuficiente para generar la confianza que necesita el sector petrolero para atraer inversiones a largo plazo. \u00abEn 60 d\u00edas no se resuelve este problema. Esto te da un poco de ox\u00edgeno por 60 d\u00edas, pero sigues generando incertidumbre y sigues generando problemas. Si al final de los 60 d\u00edas se terminan estas licencias, los problemas que ya conversamos vendr\u00edan igualmente\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\"><ins
