{"id":25999,"date":"2025-05-26T06:34:03","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T11:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=25999"},"modified":"2025-05-26T06:34:03","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T11:04:03","slug":"jefe-de-estado-presentara-propuesta-para-una-reforma-del-sistema-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/jefe-de-estado-presentara-propuesta-para-una-reforma-del-sistema-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"Jefe de Estado presentar\u00e1 propuesta para una reforma del Sistema Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abVoy a presentar a la nueva Asamblea Nacional un nuevo sistema electoral de los circuitos comunales\u00bb, el objetivo, es garantizar un sistema de consulta permanente que garantice la participaci\u00f3n constante de los ciudadanos y para lograrlo, el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela,<strong>\u00a0Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>\u00a0plante\u00f3 realizar una reingenier\u00eda del sistema electoral actual.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que dicho sistema de consulta debe ser permanente en el territorio, \u00abdonde vive el ser humano, donde est\u00e1 la familia. Es ah\u00ed, en ese territorio, donde se va a crear el sistema de consulta permanente. Es la idea de Ch\u00e1vez de cuando lo conocimos en 1992\u00bb, manifest\u00f3 ante los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n desde las inmediaciones de la Escuela Ecol\u00f3gica Nacional Bolivariana Sim\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez, parroquia El Valle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abVenezuela necesita modernizar, ampliar y traer a la realidad del nuevo sistema pol\u00edtico a construir su sistema electoral.
