Adem\u00e1s, en esta<strong>\u00a0jornada electoral<\/strong>\u00a0Venezuela reafirm\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>compromiso con la democracia participativa y protag\u00f3nica<\/strong>, donde el principal protagonista fue el\u00a0<strong>Poder Popular organizado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente\u00a0<strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>amplia participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0que suscit\u00f3 la Segunda Consulta Popular Nacional 2025 y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el\u00a0<strong>proceso participativo se bas\u00f3 en las Siete Transformaciones<\/strong>\u00a0(7T), un m\u00e9todo que gu\u00eda la planificaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>proyectos comunitarios<\/strong>\u00a0en todo el pa\u00eds, colocando el presupuesto del Estado en funci\u00f3n del autogobierno y la democracia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsta es la\u00a0<strong>primera consulta\u00a0<\/strong>que se realiza con el\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9todo de las 7T<\/strong>, y he dicho claramente que las comunidades son libres de decidir lo que quieran, sin imponer l\u00edneas a nadie\u00bb, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el\u00a0<strong>ministro para las Comunas y Movimientos Sociales<\/strong>, \u00c1ngel Prado, ratific\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de 47.000\u00a0<strong>comunidades<\/strong>\u00a0se dieron cita en\u00a0<strong>centros electorales<\/strong>\u00a0para elegir sus proyectos, en un ambiente marcado por la tranquilidad, la alegr\u00eda y la\u00a0<strong>democracia directa y protag\u00f3nica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure
