Adem\u00e1s, vincul\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n con el empresario Jos\u00e9 Enrique Rinc\u00f3n, acusado de intentar ganar poder pol\u00edtico mediante estos nexos, y mencion\u00f3 posibles conexiones con
