licencia que impide que los tenedores del bono Pdvsa 2020 act\u00faen en contra de la filial estadounidense de la estatal venezolana, Citgo.<\/p>\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles, la Oficina de Control de Activos Extranjeros (OFAC) public\u00f3 la licencia general n\u00famero 5L, que sustituye la 5K que hab\u00eda sido emitida en abril de 2023 y que manten\u00eda la protecci\u00f3n a Citgo hasta el 20 de julio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>El Tesoro explica que durante el periodo en que est\u00e9 en vigencia esta licencia est\u00e1 prohibida \u00abla venta, transferencia, cesi\u00f3n o pignoraci\u00f3n como garant\u00eda por parte del Gobierno de Venezuela de cualquier participaci\u00f3n accionaria en cualquier entidad en la que el Gobierno de Venezuela tiene una participaci\u00f3n del 50 por ciento o m\u00e1s\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
