Sin embargo, en el caso de Morodo, fue rebajado el tiempo de prisi\u00f3n al aplicarles las atenuantes de confesi\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o al haber depositado \u00e9l y su hijo, un total de<strong>\u00a01.410.000 euros\u00a0<\/strong>de la deuda contra\u00edda con la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elimpulso.com\/2024\/10\/14\/espana-abordara-en-la-ue-la-situacion-inaceptable-de-los-espanoles-detenidos-en-venezuela-14oct\/\">Hacienda espa\u00f1ola.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Morodo Ca\u00f1eque\u00a0<strong>pagar\u00e1 dos a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel<\/strong>\u00a0por los mismos delitos que se le imputaron al exembajador. Estas penas, de acuerdo con EFE, no suponen que ambos tengan que ir a un recinto penitenciario. Sin embargo, Ana Catarina Varandas, la esposa de Alejo Morodo, se enfrenta a una solicitud de pena por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda de ocho a\u00f1os y medio de c\u00e1rcel, al igual que tiene dos delitos.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de esto, seguir\u00e1 siendo objeto del juicio la petici\u00f3n del fiscal de decomiso de ganancias supuestamente obtenidas de manera il\u00edcita por Alejo Morodo en 2011 y 2012 por m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>340.000 euros y de un inmueble de Madrid,\u00a0<\/strong>ya que es una cuesti\u00f3n que no ha sido incluida en los<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elimpulso.com\/2024\/10\/14\/gonzalez-ofrecio-un-discurso-en-el-world-in-progress-barcelona-14oct\/\">\u00a0acuerdos de conformidad.<\/a><\/p>\n<div
