Un porcentaje significativo de los migrantes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no cuenta con los recursos econ\u00f3micos suficientes para adquirir alimentos y que las responsabilidades familiares limitan su capacidad para trabajar a tiempo completo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el estudio el 26% de los migrantes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que encuentran ofertas con<strong>\u00a0baja remuneraci\u00f3n o malas condiciones laborales<\/strong>, un 22,6% expres\u00f3 que no cuenta con el dinero necesario para adquirir alimentos, el 13,4% manifest\u00f3 que la falta de experiencia era un condicionante a la hora de ser contratado para un empleo y 8,9% expres\u00f3 no saber d\u00f3nde buscar trabajo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los hombres tienen mejores oportunidades<\/h2>\n<p>Otros factores, como la imposibilidad de cumplir una jornada completa (6,2%) y las responsabilidades familiares (2,5%), inciden negativamente en la situaci\u00f3n laboral de decenas de venezolanos en Colombia. Pese a estas dificultades, el<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>59,6% de los<strong>\u00a0migrantes venezolanos en Colombia ha logrado integrarse al mercado laboral<\/strong>\u00a0neogranadino.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la encuesta se\u00f1ala que los hombres han tenido mayor suerte en el aspecto laboral, con un tasa de contrataci\u00f3n de 74,3%, mientras que las mujeres poseen un 45,2%.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante destacar que, a pesar de las dificultades, los venezolanos generan un impacto positivo en la econom\u00eda colombiana.
