Rafael Narv\u00e1ez, denunci\u00f3 las violaciones de los derechos humanos que se cometen en Venezuela, manifest\u00f3 que la magnitud del da\u00f1o ocasionado por el\u00a0<strong>sistema de justicia<\/strong>\u00a0es tan grave que luce irreparable.<\/p>\n<p>Narv\u00e1ez asegur\u00f3 que el sistema de justicia no act\u00faa conforme a las atribuciones establecidas en la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, que le exige \u201cser aut\u00f3nomo e imparcial para que sus decisiones emitidas sean sin colores pol\u00edticos<strong>\u00a0para no vulnerar el debido proceso, derechos humanos y garant\u00edas judiciales del imputado<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el exdiputado, tras las detenciones en el contexto postelectoral del 28 de julio, considera que, \u00abel Estado usa la fuerza para encarcelar con torturas y el sistema de justicia para violar debido proceso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Denuncia coacci\u00f3n a menores de edad<\/h2>\n<p>Por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n conden\u00f3 las decisiones judiciales contra menores de edad, afirmando que \u201ces inhumano y falta de \u00e9tica de aquel Juez que\u00a0<strong>obliga a detenidos \u201cpor\u00a0<strong>exigir el respeto a sus derechos pol\u00edticos<\/strong>\u00a0ejercidos el pasado 28 de julio con motivo de las elecciones presidenciales, es reprochable, inhumano y despreciable, al presionarlos para que admitan los hechos que nunca conocieron pues sus audiencias fueron v\u00eda telem\u00e1tica por jueces sin rostros y sin el derecho a la defensa privada\u201d, denunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, compara la situaci\u00f3n con el gobierno del expresidente Marcos P\u00e9rez Jim\u00e9nez, asegurando que \u201c<strong>estamos en presencia de la resurrecci\u00f3n de la Seguridad Nacional\u00a0<\/strong>dirigida por Pedro Estrada, quien actuaba sin piedad y sin clemencia en contra de quienes alzaron su voz de libertad en aquel entonces\u201d.<\/p>\n<div
