nueva\u00a0<strong>secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores mexicana<\/strong>, acus\u00f3 a Estados Unidos de\u00a0<strong>violar un tratado bilateral\u00a0<\/strong>suscrito hace casi 80 a\u00f1os al permitir que el\u00a0<strong>gobierno de Texas<\/strong>\u00a0comenzara la instalaci\u00f3n de una especie de muro flotante en parte del R\u00edo Bravo.<\/p>\n<p>La dirigente, quien supli\u00f3 a<strong>\u00a0Marcelo Ebrard<\/strong>\u00a0en el cargo hace menos de un mes, detall\u00f3 que el gobierno mexicano ya ha mandado una nota diplom\u00e1tica de queja en este sentido porque \u201cen realidad lo que se est\u00e1 violando\u00a0<strong>es el Tratado de Aguas de 1944<\/strong>\u2033.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, sostuvo que se est\u00e1 enviando una \u201cmisi\u00f3n territorial a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Internacional de L\u00edmites de Aguas para definir en d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n ubicadas estas boyas\u201d colocadas por el\u00a0<strong>gobernador de Texas, Gregg Abbott<\/strong>, y ver si se localizan en territorio estadounidense o mexicano.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe resaltar que\u00a0<strong>Abbott\u00a0<\/strong>comenz\u00f3 a emplazar hace una semana esa nueva barrera flotante sobre el r\u00edo Bravo en la m\u00e1s reciente intensificaci\u00f3n de las medidas del republicano para reforzar la seguridad en la frontera y el<strong>\u00a0cruce irregular de inmigrantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la canciller mexicana, ya se ha instalado en unos 300 metros de r\u00edo en la zona que separa la ciudad mexicana de Piedras Negras y la estadounidense de Eagle Pass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador,<\/strong>\u00a0presidente mexicano tild\u00f3 esta semana las medidas de Abbott de\u00a0<strong>mera publicidad electoral<\/strong>. \u201cTodo eso que est\u00e1 haciendo el gobernador de Texas\u2026 es politiquer\u00eda, publicidad, una actitud demag\u00f3gica\u2026 Es la b\u00fasqueda de votos, un populismo
