inform\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales, que fue\u00a0designada la Fiscal\u00eda 64 Nacional, del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) para darle seguimiento a la denuncia que hiciera\u00a0Daniela Le\u00f3n, en contra de su exesposo, Ricardo Pestana, a quien acus\u00f3 de maltrato psicol\u00f3gico, acoso y le impide ingresar\u00a0a la Cancha Striker Kids, lugar donde labora.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abDesignada la Fiscal\u00eda 64 Nacional para #investigar y #sancionar los hechos denunciados por la ciudadana Daniela Leon, quien refiere que su ex esposo Ricardo Pestana en conjunto con los trabajadores Jos\u00e9 Luis Bravo y Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1n Vielma, le impiden el acceso a la Cancha Striker Kids.\u00a0cuya administraci\u00f3n se encuentra a cargo de la referida victima y es el sustento econ\u00f3mico de sus hijos\u00bb, escribi\u00f3 Saab a trav\u00e9s de la red social X.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Dentro de los se\u00f1alamientos que realiza Le\u00f3n asegura, que Pestana tambi\u00e9n se ha valido de la ayuda de terceras personas, como empleados, familiares e inclusive efectivos policiales, para intimidarla.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esta denuncia se hizo viral en las redes sociales, quien en diversas publicaciones realizada por la v\u00edctima, narra la historia que ha vivido por varios a\u00f1os y pide al Ministerio P\u00fablico, directamente al Fiscal General, para que la ayuden hacer justicia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ante ellos, el MP tom\u00f3 el caso para darle seguimiento, sin embargo minutos m\u00e1s tarde, Daniela Le\u00f3n subi\u00f3 otro post, en donde se\u00f1ala que la abogada de Pestana, est\u00e1 manipulando el enfoque de la denuncia haci\u00e9ndola parecer como una solicitud de manutenci\u00f3n, por lo que extiende su solicitud de ayuda al Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Fuente : El
