{"id":19125,"date":"2024-08-26T06:33:21","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T11:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=19125"},"modified":"2024-08-26T06:33:21","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T11:03:21","slug":"tsj-rechazo-recusacion-de-enrique-marquez-contra-la-magistrada-carlyslia-rodriguez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/tsj-rechazo-recusacion-de-enrique-marquez-contra-la-magistrada-carlyslia-rodriguez\/","title":{"rendered":"TSJ rechaz\u00f3 recusaci\u00f3n de Enrique M\u00e1rquez contra la magistrada Carlyslia Rodr\u00edguez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) rechaz\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado una recusaci\u00f3n interpuesta por el excandidato presidencial Enrique M\u00e1rquez en contra de la presidenta de la Sala Electoral de esa instancia, Caryslia Rodr\u00edguez, al considerar que es\u00a0<strong>\u00abextempor\u00e1nea\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La recusaci\u00f3n de M\u00e1rquez ocurri\u00f3 en el contexto de la petici\u00f3n de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro de\u00a0<strong>\u00abcertificar\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0los resultados de las elecciones del 28 de julio, en las que el Poder Electoral lo declar\u00f3 ganador sin mostrar las actas y resultados desglosados; y salt\u00e1ndose auditor\u00edas exigidas por la ley.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1rquez argument\u00f3 que la magistrada Rodr\u00edguez tiene \u00ab<strong>vinculaci\u00f3n con una parcialidad pol\u00edtica<\/strong>, falta de imparcialidad y carencia de idoneidad para el ejercicio de juez en la causa del 28 de julio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El 22 de agosto el TSJ convalid\u00f3 la \u00abvictoria\u00bb de Maduro sin antes resolver la recusaci\u00f3n de M\u00e1rquez, como debi\u00f3 hacer. Ahora argumenta que el excandidato estuvo fuera de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00edder de la oposici\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda Corina Machado, advirti\u00f3 que la sentencia del TSJ que valida el supuesto triunfo de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro en las elecciones presidenciales\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elnacional.com\/venezuela\/machado-advierte-que-sentencia-del-tsj-aisla-y-hunde-mas-a-maduro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">solo hunde y a\u00edsla m\u00e1s al r\u00e9gimen chavista<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En su cuenta en la red social\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/puzkas\/status\/1827517543117943218\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">X<\/a>, Machado consider\u00f3 que el gobierno se equivoc\u00f3 al utilizar el m\u00e1ximo tribunal, que controla, para legitimar unos resultados que la oposici\u00f3n y buena parte de la comunidad internacional consideran fraudulentos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>Qued\u00f3 claro que no se atrevieron a echarle bola y publicar las actas<\/strong>.
