Consta de 39 art\u00edculos y\u00a0<strong>establece sanciones pecuniarias<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de contemplar el cierre de las ONG que no cumplan con una serie de requisitos impuestos por el gobierno de Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>Nichols a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la entrada en vigencia de esta ley\u00a0<strong>\u201csocava la democracia e impide la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en los espacios c\u00edvicos<\/strong>\u201d. Esta postura fue respaldada por el codirector de la ONG Acceso a la Justicia,\u00a0<strong>Al\u00ed Daniels<\/strong>, quien la semana pasada describi\u00f3 la ley como \u201cuna espada de Damocles\u201d para las organizaciones que defienden derechos humanos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Daniels explic\u00f3 en un foro virtual el pasado 15 de agosto que la ley tiene un evidente car\u00e1cter punitivo y que \u201cno es verdad que el objeto de la ley sea solamente crear un registro.
