{"id":18507,"date":"2024-08-14T08:34:49","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T13:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=18507"},"modified":"2024-08-14T08:34:49","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T13:04:49","slug":"paris-2024-mujer-trans-competira-por-primera-vez-en-unos-juegos-paralimpicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/paris-2024-mujer-trans-competira-por-primera-vez-en-unos-juegos-paralimpicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Par\u00eds 2024: Mujer trans competir\u00e1 por primera vez en unos Juegos Paral\u00edmpicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Caracas.-\u00a0<\/b>La italiana Valentina Petrillo ser\u00e1 la primera atleta transg\u00e9nero que competir\u00e1 en unos Juegos Paral\u00edmpicos.<\/p>\n<p>Petrillo, de 50 a\u00f1os, correr\u00e1 los 200 metros y los 400 metros en la categor\u00eda T12 (para las personas que tienen una discapacidad visual) en los Juegos Paral\u00edmpicos de Par\u00eds, que se celebrar\u00e1n entre el 28 de agosto y el 8 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>La deportista inici\u00f3 su transici\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en 2019. Cuando todav\u00eda era hombre, formaba parte de la selecci\u00f3n italiana de f\u00fatbol sala, luego pas\u00f3 al atletismo donde logr\u00f3 once t\u00edtulos nacionales.<\/p>\n<p>En 2020, se convirti\u00f3 en la primera mujer trans en competir oficialmente en la categor\u00eda femenina en un evento deportivo al tomar parte del Campeonato Italiano de Atletismo Paral\u00edmpico. Desde entonces, su mejor resultado han sido las\u00a0dos medallas de bronce que se colg\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado en el Mundial de Atletismo Adaptado.<\/p>\n<p>Su\u00a0bronce en la final de los 200 metros qued\u00f3 envuelto en pol\u00e9mica, despu\u00e9s de que\u00a0dejar sin plaza para los Juegos de Par\u00eds a la espa\u00f1ola Melani Berg\u00e9s.
