votaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 \u00abblindado\u00bb, en cuanto a la inviolabilidad y secreto del sufragio, cuando faltan seis para las presidenciales.<\/p>\n<p>En una nota de prensa el presidente del ente electoral, Elvis Amoroso, pidi\u00f3 -a los 21,6 millones de venezolanos llamados a votar- confiar \u00aben el mejor sistema electoral del mundo\u00bb, luego de completar una auditor\u00eda a las m\u00e1quinas que se usar\u00e1n el d\u00eda de las votaciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHa quedado demostrado que el sistema est\u00e1 totalmente blindado\u00bb, dijo el funcionario, citado en el escrito, al t\u00e9rmino de esta revisi\u00f3n, en la que participaron representantes de los partidos pol\u00edticos en competencia y veedores internacionales del Centro Carter y del panel de expertos de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas (ONU).<\/p>\n<p>El ejercicio -detalla la nota- consisti\u00f3 en simular el proceso de \u00abvotaci\u00f3n, escrutinio, transmisi\u00f3n y totalizaci\u00f3n, con el fin de comprobar la exactitud en la intenci\u00f3n del voto de la electora o el elector con lo que queda impreso en el comprobante de voto\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el vicepresidente del CNE, Carlos Quintero, explic\u00f3 que en esta auditor\u00eda se verific\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, cuando abran los centros electorales, cada m\u00e1quina emitir\u00e1 un acta que demuestra que no hay votos
