{"id":1731,"date":"2023-07-11T06:16:54","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T10:46:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=1731"},"modified":"2023-07-11T06:16:54","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T10:46:54","slug":"partido-comunista-interpone-recurso-ante-el-tsj-para-habilitar-administracion-ad-hoc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/partido-comunista-interpone-recurso-ante-el-tsj-para-habilitar-administracion-ad-hoc\/","title":{"rendered":"Partido Comunista interpone recurso ante el TSJ para habilitar administraci\u00f3n Ad-Hoc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Autoridades del Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV) interpusieron un recurso de amparo este lunes ante el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) en la que solicitan la creaci\u00f3n de una Comisi\u00f3n ad-hoc de tal manera, que se llame a la militancia del partido a \u00abun verdadero congreso de comunistas\u00bb en la que se elijan nuevas autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsa actual direcci\u00f3n del Partido Comunista de Venezuela es ileg\u00edtima e ilegal\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Henry Parra dirigente nacional del PCV.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que la actual dirigencia se eligi\u00f3 con \u00abun Congreso que se realiz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2022, en noviembre, en el que no particip\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 80% de la militancia de nuestro partido. Solamente participaron aquellos adeptos a la actual direcci\u00f3n que conduce el partido, el cual por cierto rechazamos tambi\u00e9n su l\u00ednea pol\u00edtica\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Parra advirti\u00f3 que no solo lo rechazan la organizaci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista org\u00e1nico sino del pol\u00edtico y de la conducci\u00f3n que le dan al Partido Comunista del pa\u00eds.
