Publicidad &#8211;<br \/>\nDesde tempranas horas, personalidades de diversos \u00e1mbitos, instituciones y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds han colmado las redes sociales con mensajes de felicitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe alegra anunciarles que el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de septiembre celebrar\u00e9 un Consistorio para la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos cardenales\u201d, subray\u00f3 el sumo pont\u00edfice.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo purpurado venezolano naci\u00f3 en Montalb\u00e1n, estado Carabobo en 1939 y realiz\u00f3 sus estudios en el Seminario Menor de Valencia y sus estudios sacerdotales en el Seminario Interdiocesano Santa Rosa de Lima, Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
