Una medida que calific\u00f3 como arbitraria, pero no sorpresiva de parte del r\u00e9gimen que a su juicio \u201cest\u00e1 en contra del inminente cambio pol\u00edtico en Desde Encuentro Ciudadano instruimos a que los testigos de mesa tienen que ser aquellos que voten en su propio centro de votaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo desde la oficina de su partido en Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>La tambi\u00e9n excandidata a la elecci\u00f3n primaria opositora explic\u00f3 que los 11 partidos que conforman la\u00a0<strong>Plataforma Unitaria Democr\u00e1tica (PUD)\u00a0<\/strong>y el\u00a0<strong>Comando Con Venezuela\u00a0<\/strong>se encuentran en un proceso permanente de auditor\u00edas a fin de garantizar que se cumpla la normativa.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delsa sali\u00f3 a tranquilizar a la gente<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cQue no \u2018panda el c\u00fanico\u2019, como dir\u00edan los ni\u00f1os o en El Chavo del 8. Estamos preparados para enfrentar este y todos los momentos electorales. Los testigos de mesa est\u00e1n siendo cargados en el sistema interno del Comando Con Venezuela, de la Plataforma Unitaria por los 11 partidos\u201d, dijo Delsa Sol\u00f3rzano.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente el CNE por medio de la<strong>\u00a0Gaceta Electoral N\u00famero 1060<\/strong>,\u00a0 aprob\u00f3 un instructivo que establece que los testigos deben votar en el centro donde ser\u00e1n acreditados por los partidos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle adsbygoogle-noablate\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1335675150850756\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\" data-ad-status=\"unfilled\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"aswift_5_host\"><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<p>A lo largo de la historia venezolana, un testigo elegible pod\u00eda ser acreditado para cumplir su funci\u00f3n en cualquier mesa de votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Apenas la semana pasada, ocho de los diez candidatos a las elecciones presidenciales del 28 de julio, entre ellos Maduro, firmaron un acuerdo que los obliga a\u00a0<strong>reconocer el resultado emitido<\/strong>\u00a0por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE).
