de Colombia reitera la suspensi\u00f3n del cese al fuego con el EMC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El alto al fuego con el grupo armado Estado Mayor Central (EMC) continuar\u00e1 suspendido en el suroccidente de Colombia, pese a las medidas de presi\u00f3n que la organizaci\u00f3n insurgente ha intentado en data reciente para hacer cambiar de opini\u00f3n al Gobierno, asegur\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles el ministro de Defensa del pa\u00eds suramericano, Iv\u00e1n Vel\u00e1squez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSi las pretensiones del EMC en el suroccidente del pa\u00eds son las de presionar, a trav\u00e9s de estos actos, para que el Gobierno renueve suspensiones de operaciones ofensivas, para que renueve ceses al fuego, enf\u00e1ticamente manifestamos: eso no va a ocurrir\u00bb, sostuvo el funcionario en declaraciones difundidas a trav\u00e9s de la cuenta de su cartera en X.<\/p>\n<p>Para argumentar la decisi\u00f3n, Vel\u00e1squez recalc\u00f3 que \u00abno hay ninguna situaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica en esta regi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds, propicia, como para que se piense siquiera en posibilidades de cese al fuego\u00bb, al tiempo que asegur\u00f3 que al EMC le vendr\u00e1 un tiempo de \u00abpersecuci\u00f3n\u00bb, que coincidir\u00e1 con un \u00abincremento en las capacidades de la fuerza p\u00fablica\u00bb, lo que permitir\u00e1 \u00abatacarlos con todas esas capacidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Previamente, el presidente Gustavo Petro instruy\u00f3 al Ej\u00e9rcito para que culminara \u00abla ofensiva en el ca\u00f1\u00f3n del Micay\u00bb, una zona en disputa localizada en el departamento del Cauca, al considerar que \u00abel EMC es una fuerza hostil al pueblo\u00bb y que insiste en \u00abmatar gente
