el abogado, pol\u00edtico y\u00a0<b>presidente del Centro de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas (Ifedec), Eduardo Fern\u00e1ndez, asegur\u00f3<\/b>\u00a0que tanto el Gobierno como la oposici\u00f3n \u00abdeben reconocer los resultados, como manda la Constituci\u00f3n\u00bb el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de julio.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<blockquote><p>Durante una entrevista ofrecida al programa\u00a0<b>Primera P\u00e1gina<\/b>, transmitida por\u00a0<b><i>Globovisi\u00f3n<\/i><\/b>, Fern\u00e1ndez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no hace falta un acuerdo\u00a0que firmen los candidatos presidenciales para reconocer los resultados del 28 de julio. \u00abEn ning\u00fan pa\u00eds del mundo se hacen elecciones y previamente hay que hacer un acuerdo de reconocimiento de las elecciones\u00bb, dijo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abEn la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional dice que las elecciones y todos los ciudadanos del Gobierno y la oposici\u00f3n, deben reconocer los resultados de las elecciones\u00bb, reiter\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>El papel que juegan los ciudadanos con el voto<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Asimismo, el pol\u00edtico expres\u00f3 que siente felicidad por el llamado al voto y el rechazo a la abstenci\u00f3n en este proceso electoral. \u00abYo aprovecho para dirigirme a todos, debemos votar, estoy muy feliz que en estas elecciones no se est\u00e1 promoviendo la abstenci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por otra parte, coment\u00f3 sobre el escenario del CNE que \u00ablo importante es que las instituciones funcionen y funcionen bien, transparentemente, sobre todo una instituci\u00f3n tan delicada como el Consejo Nacional Electoral\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEl CNE no solo debe ser imparcial y transparente, sino, que adem\u00e1s el p\u00fablico lo perciba de esa manera\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>El tambi\u00e9n abogado detall\u00f3 que no cree y no hay motivos para suspender las elecciones. \u00abYo no creo que se suspendan las elecciones, no hay ninguna raz\u00f3n para suspenderlas\u00bb,
