recibir\u00e1 la Serie del Caribe en 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Venezuela se convertir\u00e1 en la sede de la Serie del Caribe en el a\u00f1o 2026 tras llegar a un acuerdo con la Confederaci\u00f3n de B\u00e9isbol Profesional del Caribe (CBPC) por el \u00e9xito registrado en el a\u00f1o 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Esta se convierte en la segunda Serie del Caribe que es organizada por el pa\u00eds en un lapso de tres a\u00f1os, luego que Venezuela estuviera nueve a\u00f1os sin recibir el respaldo para ser sede del torneo internacional.<\/p>\n<div>El anuncio lo realiz\u00f3 el presidente de la Liga Venezolana de Beisbol Profesional, Giuseppe Palmisano, durante una conferencia de prensa celebrada la ma\u00f1ana de este martes en el Estadio Monumental.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente el presidente de la CBPC, Antonio Jos\u00e9 Herrera y el ministro del Deporte, Mervin Maldonado.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cLa CBPC ha dado el permiso a la liga en una conversaci\u00f3n que se tuvo con la liga hermana de Puerto Rico para que la Serie del Caribe 2026 se realice en Venezuela\u201d, expres\u00f3 Palmisano<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La decisi\u00f3n por parte de Puerto Rico en permitir que la Serie del Caribe se realice en Venezuela se debe a que el pa\u00eds albergar\u00e1 varios duelos del Cl\u00e1sico Mundial de Beisbol (CMB) y centrar\u00e1n sus esfuerzos en dicho torneo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>FUENTE: EL UNIVERSAL<\/div>\n<div
