mi\u00e9rcoles que el Ministerio P\u00fablico imputar\u00e1 privativa de libertad a los funcionarios de la Polic\u00eda Nacional Bolivariana por \u00abhaber ocasionado en Ant\u00edmano el pasado 26 de mayo una herida mortal con arma de fuego en la regi\u00f3n craneoencef\u00e1lica al joven EEFM lo que desencaden\u00f3 el d\u00eda de Hoy (29 de mayo) en su lamentable fallecimiento\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En una publicaci\u00f3n en la red X,\u00a0<b>Saab\u00a0<\/b>explic\u00f3 que el proceso judicial se realizar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas, luego de una audiencia de presentaci\u00f3n ante el tribunal 16 en funciones de control del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>Los cuatro funcionarios que ser\u00e1n procesados son: Leudis Armando Freites, Emerson Jhorjan Delgado, Henrique Jos\u00e9 Pacho y Eniyer Sosa, por los delitos de\u00a0\u00ab<b>homicidio calificado por motivo f\u00fatil e innoble con el agravante de haber obrado en un menor de edad<\/b>\u00a0previsto en el art\u00edculo 217 de la Lopnna y<b>\u00a0uso indebido de arma org\u00e1nica\u00a0<\/b>previsto y sancionado en el art 115 de la Ley para el Desarme y Control de
