{"id":1491,"date":"2023-07-04T06:49:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T11:19:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=1491"},"modified":"2023-07-04T06:50:07","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T11:20:07","slug":"defensa-de-pedro-castillo-buscara-su-restitucion-en-la-presidencia-y-pedira-medida-cautelar-ante-la-oea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/defensa-de-pedro-castillo-buscara-su-restitucion-en-la-presidencia-y-pedira-medida-cautelar-ante-la-oea\/","title":{"rendered":"Defensa de Pedro Castillo buscar\u00e1 su restituci\u00f3n en la presidencia y pedir\u00e1 medida cautelar ante la OEA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0<b>defensa internacional\u00a0<\/b>del exmandatario peruano\u00a0<b>Pedro Castillo<\/b>\u00a0inform\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una\u00a0<b>medida cautelar<\/b>\u00a0ante la\u00a0<b>Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA)<\/b>\u00a0para que vuelva a la presidencia, tras ser destituido por el\u00a0<b>Congreso<\/b>, en diciembre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio fue hecho por el\u00a0<b>abogado argentino, Guido Croxatto<\/b>, quien junto a\u00a0<b>Ra\u00fal Zaffaroni<\/b>, pedir\u00e1 al\u00a0<b>bloque regional\u00a0<\/b>la medida para\u00a0<b>\u00abterminar con la detenci\u00f3n arbitraria\u00bb<\/b>\u00a0y lograr que\u00a0<b>Castillo<\/b>\u00a0regrese al cargo, seg\u00fan una entrevista del\u00a0<b>Instituto Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Morena<\/b>, hecha en su visita a\u00a0<b>M\u00e9xico<\/b>, donde se reuni\u00f3 con el mandatario de ese pa\u00eds,\u00a0<b>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Croxatto<\/b>\u00a0manifest\u00f3 que el maestro de primaria fue detenido de manera arbitraria\u00a0<b>\u00abpor su propia custodia\u00bb,<\/b>\u00a0con una orden de procedencia desconocida.\u00a0<b>\u00abSe incumpli\u00f3 toda la Constituci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0(\u2026) y hay un gobierno de facto que sali\u00f3 a reprimir masivamente a las personas\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.
