denunci\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles que Ecuador registra una serie de violaciones a los derechos humanos sin que los responsables rindan cuentas ante la justicia, luego de que el presidente Daniel Noboa decretara el estado de conflicto armado interno en enero en medio de una espiral de violencia generada por bandas criminales.<\/p>\n<p>En una carta enviada al presidente Noboa, el grupo de defensa de los derechos humanos cuestion\u00f3 la existencia de un conflicto armado interno aduciendo que eso \u201cparece carecer de sustento legal\u201d y precis\u00f3 que esa condici\u00f3n implica una \u201cviolencia armada prolongada entre autoridades gubernamentales y grupos armados organizados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Juanita Goebertus, directora de la Divisi\u00f3n de las Am\u00e9ricas de HRW, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tal situaci\u00f3n ha contribuido a \u201cserias violaciones de los derechos humanos por parte de las fuerzas de seguridad\u201d que incluyen al menos una presunta ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial y m\u00faltiples casos de detenciones arbitrarias, malos tratos y falta de procesamiento judicial de unos 13.000 detenidos.<\/p>\n<p>FUENTE: AP NEWS<\/p>\n<div
