{"id":1300,"date":"2023-06-29T06:55:03","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T11:25:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=1300"},"modified":"2023-06-29T06:55:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T11:25:03","slug":"el-gobierno-de-colombia-entrega-tierras-a-firmantes-de-paz-e-indigenas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/el-gobierno-de-colombia-entrega-tierras-a-firmantes-de-paz-e-indigenas\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno de Colombia entrega tierras a firmantes de paz e ind\u00edgenas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno de Colombia realiz\u00f3 la entrega de tierras a miembros del pueblo Kogui y a firmantes del acuerdo de paz que viven en La Guajira (norte), como parte de la reforma agraria, inform\u00f3 la Presidencia en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abComo parte de la jornada Reforma Agraria para la Vida, en la semana Gobierno con el Pueblo en La Guajira, la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT) ampl\u00eda el resguardo Kogui Malayo Arhuaco, el cual recibe tres predios que suman 490 hect\u00e1reas m\u00e1s 3.067 metros cuadrados en el municipio de Dibulla, y adjudica 188,75 hect\u00e1reas de tierra a un grupo de firmantes de paz en el municipio de Fonseca\u00bb, anunciaron desde el Gobierno.<\/p>\n<div>\nEsta entrega de tierras hace parte del cumplimiento de una sentencia de restituci\u00f3n de derechos territoriales emitida en septiembre de 2022 por la Sala Civil Especializada de Restituci\u00f3n de Tierras del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena, inform\u00f3 el Ejecutivo. Con esta ampliaci\u00f3n, el Resguardo Kogui Malayo Arhuaco cuenta hoy con una extensi\u00f3n total de 408.329 hect\u00e1reas m\u00e1s 8.364 metros cuadrados.<\/div>\n<div>\nDe esta manera, se afianzan la protecci\u00f3n ambiental del territorio, la revitalizaci\u00f3n cultural colectiva, la recuperaci\u00f3n de lugares sagrados de la L\u00ednea Negra y la reconstrucci\u00f3n del tejido social, en especial de la comunidad de Tungueka, agrega el texto. De la misma manera, la resoluci\u00f3n de adjudicaci\u00f3n otorgada a excombatientes de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) que hacen parte del Antiguo Espacio de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Reincorporaci\u00f3n de Pondores, es la primera que se entrega en el pa\u00eds a personas en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n desde que se firm\u00f3 el Acuerdo de Paz en noviembre de 2016.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>El presidente Gustavo Petro y funcionarios de su Gobierno sostendr\u00e1n encuentros con las comunidades de distintos municipios de La
