Confiamos que los venezolanos y sus v\u00edctimas obtendr\u00e1n justicia\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>uaid\u00f3 realiz\u00f3 la afirmaci\u00f3n luego de que la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) anunci\u00f3 este martes 27 de junio de 2023 que reanudar\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n por supuestos cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad cometidos en Venezuela por el r\u00e9gimen, al considerar insuficientes los procedimientos nacionales.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se basa en las observaciones y el material recibidos por la CPI, que indican que Venezuela no parece estar investigando los cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad, y que las investigaciones nacionales en general parecen centrarse en los perpetradores directos de rango inferior.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se refiere a la represi\u00f3n de las manifestaciones antigubernamentales de 2017, que causaron un centenar de muertos, y que fueron denunciadas por organizaciones de derechos humanos como violatorias del derecho
