no haya impunidad en la corrupci\u00f3n y en otros delitos atroces que atentan contra el pueblo\u201d, esclareci\u00f3 la\u00a0diputada a la Asamblea Nacional, Cilia Flores.<\/p>\n<div>\nDurante su intervenci\u00f3n en la emisi\u00f3n n\u00famero 41 del programa \u201cCon Maduro +\u201d, la Diputada asever\u00f3 que \u201cnunca hab\u00eda pasado que se atacara con tanta fuerza y tanta determinaci\u00f3n el delito de la corrupci\u00f3n y otros delitos graves que atentan contra la estabilidad de la Patria y el pueblo de Venezuela\u201d.<\/div>\n<div>\nFlores subray\u00f3 que el pueblo venezolano tiene una amplia conciencia y, en ese contexto, es el momento para generar el debate, revisar y evaluar la enmienda constitucional para superar la pena de los 30 a\u00f1os que contempla la Carta Magna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa Constituci\u00f3n establece una pena m\u00e1xima de 30 a\u00f1os para cualquier delito, inclusive si hay acumulaci\u00f3n de delitos, si hay 5, 10, 20 delitos la pena m\u00e1xima es de 30 a\u00f1os y eso no puede ser porque eso es impunidad, se juzga un delito y otros quedan impunes, entonces la enmienda traer\u00eda la revisi\u00f3n para que no haya impunidad en estos delitos atroces\u201d, explic\u00f3 la tambi\u00e9n especialista en derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la parlamentaria asever\u00f3 que la revisi\u00f3n por parte del pueblo
