Caracas: El periodista tiene el reto de vencer los intentos que limiten la libertad de expresi\u00f3n #27Jun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00fan en tiempos dif\u00edciles los periodistas venezolanos siguen cumpliendo con su labor: llevar informaci\u00f3n oportuna y pertinente a las personas para que tomen decisiones, afirm\u00f3 el \u00c9dgar C\u00e1rdenas, secretario general del\u00a0<strong>Colegio Nacional de Periodistas (CNP), seccional Caracas, en el marco del D\u00eda Nacional del Periodista.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con su criterio, en el siglo XXI, ejercer la labor period\u00edstica exige nuevos retos, no s\u00f3lo en lo tecnol\u00f3gico, \u201cen lo \u00e9tico, en la responsabilidad, pero tambi\u00e9n en vencer los intentos que se ejecutan para limitar el ejercicio period\u00edstico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Considera que, para que el periodismo tenga un \u201cmejor destino\u201d se debe hacer un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s profundo, porque,\u00a0<strong>\u201cla libertad de informar no se remite solamente a Venezuela<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExiste una orientaci\u00f3n a limitar el derecho que tienen las personas a informarse y ser informados, el principio fundamental de la\u00a0<strong>libertad de expresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, pero sobre todo limitar el trabajo period\u00edstico que es cr\u00edtico\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 C\u00e1rdenas.<\/p>\n<p>Insisti\u00f3 en que el periodismo no dejar\u00e1 de existir en el futuro, por lo que cree que hay una especie de \u201ccontrato firmado\u201d con la sociedad para que las
