inform\u00f3 este lunes que solicitar\u00e1 ante el Tribunal segundo contra terrorismo una medida de privativa de libertad preventiva contra la abogada, Roc\u00edo del Carmen San Miguel Sosa, por presunta comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de Traici\u00f3n a la Patria, conspiraci\u00f3n, terrorismo y asociaci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Saab indic\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n solicitar\u00e1 la misma medida contra el ciudadano Alejandro Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1les de Canales Plaza por presunta participaci\u00f3n en la revelaci\u00f3n de secretos pol\u00edticos y militares concernientes a la seguridad de la naci\u00f3n, obstrucci\u00f3n a la administraci\u00f3n de Justicia y asociaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Indic\u00f3 que en el marco de las investigaciones, el Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) solicitar\u00e1 para cuatro ciudadanos medidas cautelares que consisten en presentaciones peri\u00f3dicas ante el tribunal de la causa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Del mismo modo, reiter\u00f3 que las acciones se realizan en estricto apego al respeto de los derechos humanos y garant\u00edas constitucionales.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Estas acciones del ente de justicia se dan luego de las investigaciones preliminares de rigor que arrojaron como presuntos involucrados en la Trama
