impuso\u00a0<strong>9 meses de impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds,\u00a0<\/strong>mientras es procesado por\u00a0<strong>la matanza de seis personas en Pativilca en 1992.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">El Juzgado Penal Supraprovincial Liquidador Transitorio declar\u00f3 infundado el pedido fiscal de variaci\u00f3n del mandato de comparecencia simple por detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria para Fujimori en el proceso que se le sigue por<strong>\u00a0la matanza de Pativilca,\u00a0<\/strong>inform\u00f3 el Poder Judicial en su cuenta de la red X.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">En cambio, le dict\u00f3 mandato de impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds por 9 meses, y orden\u00f3 cursar oficios a las autoridades competentes, bajo responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">La resoluci\u00f3n del juzgado rechaz\u00f3 el argumento de la fiscal\u00eda de que el exmandatario (1990-2000),\u00a0al ser excarcelado en diciembre pasado por orden del Tribunal Constitucional,\u00a0no tiene \u00abninguna medida
