colombiano anuncia acuerdo con ELN para prolongar el cese al fuego por seis meses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El alto comisionado para la Paz de Colombia, Otty Pati\u00f1o, anunci\u00f3 este martes que<b>\u00a0hay un acuerdo para prolongar otros seis meses el cese al fuego con la guerrilla del Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional\u00a0<\/b>(ELN), que acababa inicialmente el 29 de enero.<\/p>\n<div>\u00ab<b>Ya hay un acuerdo, falta que ahora el Gobierno emita el decreto y que ellos (el ELN) den la orden del cese al fuego<\/b>\u00ab, dijo Pati\u00f1o en declaraciones a EFE en Tumaco, en el Pac\u00edfico colombiano, adonde se traslad\u00f3 esta semana el gabinete del presidente colombiano, Gustavo Petro.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La pr\u00f3rroga del cese al fuego supondr\u00e1 la extensi\u00f3n\u00a0<b>del mayor cese al fuego acordado entre el Gobierno y la \u00faltima guerrilla de Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/b>, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 3 de agosto de 2023.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En estos seis primeros meses,\u00a0<b>el cese al fuego ha resultado en una reducci\u00f3n de la violencia<\/b>\u00a0pero ha tenido altibajos, sobre todo cuando se conoci\u00f3 el secuestro por parte de la guerrilla de Manuel D\u00edaz, padre del futbolista Luis D\u00edaz, del Liverpool.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El actual cese al fuego se limita a prohibir acciones ofensivas en contra de la otra parte y cualquier acci\u00f3n no permitida por el Derecho Internacional Humanitario (DIH) y el Gobierno quiere, en palabras de la jefa negociadora Vera Grabe, \u00ab<b>que se incluyan m\u00e1s lo que se llaman acciones violatorias m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del secuestro<\/b>, aquellas que afectan a la
